Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Trivandrum. The Video Editor will handle the entire post-production process, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, and refining video content for various digital platforms. Responsibilities include applying color grading, incorporating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all video outputs. The role involves close collaboration with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, maintain timelines, and deliver engaging, high-quality videos. The Video Editor will also contribute creative ideas, manage media assets, and optimize videos for online distribution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for end-to-end content creation.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual quality.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements and overlays.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is highly beneficial.
Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with current digital and social media video formats are preferred.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant education or certification in film, multimedia, animation, or a related field is an advantage.
