Role Description The Barista role at DRIP SOCIETY is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, handling food preparation for café items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstations and customer areas. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, managing orders at the counter, processing payments, and ensuring consistent product quality. The role also involves greeting guests, answering questions about the menu, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. Baristas work closely with team members and follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Barista skills, including beverage preparation and basic coffee knowledge
Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests and build positive relationships
Clear Communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with team members
Food Preparation skills and awareness of food safety and hygiene practices
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage
Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced setting, and handle peak hours calmly
Basic cash handling skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
