About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support our Recreational Markets. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for a designer who thrives in a high-volume retail environment and is passionate about creating compelling digital marketing campaigns that drive business results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital design for retail brands, excels at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality creative under tight deadlines.
This role involves close collaboration with the Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to develop omni-channel campaigns that support both internal brands and strategic brand partners. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing engaging digital assets that enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and contribute to revenue growth. The position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute effectively from anywhere.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing within the retail industry. Proven experience designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in a fast-paced environment is essential. A thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and e-commerce is required.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills are necessary to prioritize competing deadlines effectively. Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling seamless collaboration across departments. A highly output-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of delivering quality work at scale is expected.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Figma is mandatory. Experience working within established brand systems while adapting creative assets for multiple campaigns and diverse audiences is highly valued. Knowledge of motion graphics and familiarity with Adobe After Effects is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
Design and execute digital-first creative assets for promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing retail marketing initiatives. Develop compelling visual content across multiple digital channels, including email, web, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
Support omni-channel campaigns that maintain brand consistency while actively engaging customers and driving revenue. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into innovative and effective creative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, production specifications, and quality expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative workflows, efficiencies, and design systems to enhance productivity and output quality. Maintain a keen eye for detail throughout all stages of the creative process, ensuring consistency and excellence in every asset produced.
