Role Description The HR Business Partner role at Americo Design Engineering LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align human resources strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. Day-to-day activities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, advising on labor and employment law matters, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting performance management processes. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with managers on talent development initiatives, support recruitment and onboarding efforts, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role also involves analyzing HR data, recommending improvements to HR practices, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience implementing and maintaining HR frameworks and procedures.
Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law, including handling employee concerns and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Experience with Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and supporting managers in performance reviews.
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and partner effectively with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or design-focused organizations is beneficial, as well as familiarity with change management and organizational development.
