Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and executing a broad range of HR functions to support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s growth and people strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, supporting talent acquisition and onboarding, and administering employee benefits programs to ensure compliance and consistency. The role involves advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, while fostering an inclusive, high-engagement culture across a distributed team. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will also help design and refine HR processes, maintain accurate HR records, and partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience across multiple HR functional areas.
Candidates should possess the ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with local regulations and organizational standards.
Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including vendor coordination and compliance.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition in a remote or distributed workforce environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and the ability to apply them in practical HR decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Prior experience in technology, AI, or fast-growing startup environments is advantageous.
