Role Description The Freelance Recruiter role is a part-time, remote position focused on sourcing expatriate talent in Gulf Region and connecting them to opportunities in Europe. It is a manpower project and all visa handling for selected candidates will be processed by our partners in Gulf. The recruiter will source manpower and screen candidates to provide a clean data and move them to level two of hiring.
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Comfort working remotely, managing a part-time schedule, and handling multiple requisitions or tasks concurrently.
Familiarity with applicant Indeed, Dubizzle, Bayt and related portals.
Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
Prior freelance or remote work experience is beneficial.
Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
This is a pay-per-hire position for a fixed fee. You will receive a proper contract with payout details. As this is a volume hiring project, we need someone to be able to do that. There is no cap to making money per hire. It is a legitimate project and all details can be verified and discussed.
