Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager - Brand Partnerships & Alliances. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic brand partnerships that align with NoBrokerHood’s community and marketplace offerings. The manager will nurture relationships with existing partners, negotiate commercial terms, and design collaborative campaigns that add value to gated communities and drive revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, prospecting new alliance opportunities, coordinating with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, operations), and tracking performance metrics for partnership initiatives. The role also requires preparing business proposals, managing partner communications, ensuring timely execution of joint activities, and continuously optimizing alliance strategies based on data and feedback.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
