As we are preparing our early products, we’re looking for passionate, self-driven interns to join our Product Engineering & Technology team. The internship work of the student can be assigned in the form of development of Proof-of-Concept(POC), mini-project, module of ongoing projects, etc.

Role Description
This is a Full Stack Developer internship role at Neximprove, available remotely. Interns will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to Frontend Development and Backend Development. They will have the opportunity to work on real-world challenges with modern technology to help companies move with agility in a fast-changing world.
Full Stack Developer Intern
Build and scale full-stack features from scratch (React.js + Node.js/NestJS or similar)
Develop secure, modular APIs and intuitive UIs for customs workflows, onboarding, and dashboards
Work on RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services via APIs, as needed
Collaborate directly with the founding team (Product, CEO, CTO) on fast iteration cycles
Set up testing, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure a scalable architecture
Optimize for responsiveness, performance, and developer-friendly documentation
Requirements (Must Have)
~2 years of experience (or equivalent GitHub/portfolio proof) in full-stack web development
Strong command of React.js (with Tailwind or Material UI)
Experience with Node.js/NestJS or Express.js
Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs
Proficiency in Git-based workflows
Comfort working remotely and independently in a startup environment
Curiosity and ownership mindset – you don't wait for specs, you help define them
Nice to Have
Familiarity with WebSockets, React Query, or Next.js
Experience with Docker and AWS/Azure deployments
Background in B2B SaaS or logistics platforms
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth)
