Junior Interior Designer

Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating project details from initial brief through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with space planning, creating mood boards, supporting FF&E selection, and helping to prepare construction and presentation drawings. The role involves site visits, measurement and documentation, vendor coordination, and maintaining project files and material libraries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with senior designers, project managers, and external partners.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification.
Ability in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to develop functional layouts and design solutions.
Competence in preparing and reading Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
Strong visual sense, material and color knowledge, and attention to detail in design execution.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and with vendors and contractors.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to project deadlines and onsite requirements.
