Role Description This is a full-time Quality Control Executive role based in Khed, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quality Control Executive will perform routine inspection and testing of materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements. The role includes maintaining and updating quality documentation, preparing test reports, and supporting investigations into non-conformities or deviations. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with production and quality assurance teams, ensuring proper calibration and use of laboratory instruments, and assisting in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Control Executive will also help in continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to audits, and ensure that all quality control activities follow safety and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to manage inspections, document results, and support compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and Calibration expertise to operate, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment accurately.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or related industries, with familiarity in ISO or similar quality frameworks, is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field, along with good documentation practices and basic computer proficiency, is preferred.
Attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and effective communication and teamwork skills are important for success in this role.
