At the heart of our work is the Smart Trash Colonizer, an advanced robotic waste segregation system paired with a comprehensive waste management model designed to keep surroundings clean, safe, and compliant. Currently at TRL‑7, the product has been successfully validated in pilot deployments, demonstrating high accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability across institutional environments.
Role Description – Co‑Founder (Equity Basis)
The Co‑Founder role at Ekovamps Pvt Ltd is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Hyderabad. As a co‑founder, you will work closely with the founding team to shape the company’s vision, strategy, and operational roadmap, particularly around the Smart Trash Colonizer and related waste management solutions. Responsibilities include leading business development, building partnerships, driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for product and process improvement. You will also oversee key projects, manage a growing team, and represent the organization at meetings, events, and community outreach activities. This role is offered on an equity basis, requiring both investment and active collaboration in scaling the venture.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and public representation.
Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
Background in marketing with ability to design and execute campaigns for environmental technology solutions.
Research skills to study market trends, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership and team‑building capabilities, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Interest or experience in sustainability, clean technology, or waste management.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to invest and take full ownership of the assigned role (CFO, CMO, COO).
