PCB Purchase Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PCB Purchase Executive role based in Hyderabad. The PCB Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities for printed circuit boards, including handling purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves identifying and evaluating vendors, negotiating prices and delivery terms, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of PCB materials for production. The executive will coordinate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align procurement with technical specifications and delivery schedules. The role also includes tracking supplier performance, resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and supporting continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with the ability to manage documentation and workflows effectively.
Proficiency in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor evaluation, price negotiation, and supply chain coordination.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, and for resolving procurement issues.
Knowledge of PCB materials, electronics manufacturing processes, and basic understanding of engineering drawings or specifications.
MS Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Prior experience in electronics or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) purchasing is an advantage.
