Job Description
Sunarvi Solutions Private Limited is building a district-level freelancer network across Uttar Pradesh for rooftop solar and PM Surya Ghar related customer facilitation and field coordination activities.
We are inviting applications for District Manager positions in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the Sunarvi field network at district level.
Recruit and coordinate Block/Urban/GP/Ward-level freelancers.
Generate and manage genuine customer leads.
Assist customers with required documentation.
Coordinate application and DISCOM-related processes.
Coordinate with installation teams and customers.
Track cases from lead generation to successful completion.
Coordinate with the Zonal Manager.
Maintain case records and submit regular reports.
Provide basic guidance to field coordinators.
Support expansion of solar awareness and customer outreach.
Candidate Profile
Post Graduate/ Graduate preferred.
Candidates with experience in sales, field marketing, solar, banking, insurance, DSA, CSC, telecom, financial services or government schemes may apply.
Good communication and networking skills.
Smartphone with internet connection.
Local area knowledge preferred.
Ability to coordinate multiple field workers.
