Junior Sales Representative

Tailored Systems builds custom software for small and newly launched financial firms, mainly independent RIAs and wealth management practices. We design and build tools that fit how a firm actually works, such as client portals, AI-assisted financial deliverables, and secure internal systems, and then support them on an ongoing retainer.
We're growing our sales team and looking for driven, early-career reps who want to earn based on what they close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find and reach out to small financial firms, especially newly launched RIAs and advisor teams
- Book and run discovery calls to understand each firm's workflow and pain points
- Work with our founder to scope solutions and present proposals
- Close new clients and help keep them happy as they move onto ongoing retainers
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Interest in finance, wealth management, or tech sales
- Comfortable with outreach on LinkedIn, email, phone, and in person
- Self-motivated and organized; you'll manage your own pipeline and schedule
- An existing network in financial services is a strong plus
- Students and recent grads are welcome to apply
COMPENSATION
Range year 1: $0-$250,000
This is a commission-only role with no base salary.
- 40% commission on each client's initial contract value
- 12% commission on ongoing retainer revenue from clients you bring in
Because you earn on retainers as well, the clients you close keep paying you over time.
