I’m helping Raise the Roof find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Appointment Setting Specialist.
You will empower homeowners by connecting them with essential property restoration services.
Compensation:
USD 950/month
+ Commissions (~USD2.55K/month)

Responsibilities and more:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setting Specialist to conduct outbound cold calls to qualified United States homeowners. The primary objective is to schedule home inspections to determine whether the property has potential roof or water-related damage that may qualify for repair or restoration services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to pre-qualified homeowner leads across the United States and speak confidently with them to introduce inspection services.
Qualify prospects by confirming homeowner status and property details.
Schedule home inspection appointments for field inspectors, and accurately enter call notes and appointment details into the CRM system.
Handle objections professionally and maintain persistence without being aggressive.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Maintain consistent outbound call activity: Between 180 - 220 Calls per Day.
Achieve appointment-setting targets: 5 Confirmed Inspections per week.
Achieve at least 2 signed clients per week.
Requirements:
Have an appropriate home office set up.
You are to have your own computer, reliable internet connection, and quiet work environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to use CRM systems.
Excellent English communication and listening skills.
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
Be located in Colombia and have the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
