Associate- Marketplace

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Associate to manage backend operations across e-commerce platforms. This role involves overseeing product listings, maintaining accurate catalogue data, ensuring smooth order processing, and handling payment reconciliations to support efficient marketplace performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
• Create, update, and optimise product catalogues including descriptions, images, and attributes.
• Ensure accurate pricing, inventory updates, and stock availability.
• Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
• Handle payment reconciliation, settlement tracking, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order fulfilment and operations.
• Track performance metrics such as sales, returns, and listing health.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• 1 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of catalogue management and backend workflows.
• Hands-on experience with seller panels of Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with payment reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
