Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kanpur. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for branding and advertising campaigns, including logos, marketing collateral, social media creatives, outdoor ads, and event-related materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with the creative and account teams to understand client requirements, developing design ideas and layouts, and adapting concepts across digital and print formats. The role involves working with typography, color, and imagery to ensure brand consistency, preparing production-ready files, and coordinating with printers or vendors as needed. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, support pitch presentations, and refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling and brand-appropriate designs.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
Proficiency in Typography, including selection, hierarchy, and layout for both digital and print media.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
Portfolio demonstrating creative work across advertising, social media, print, and brand design projects.
Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
