Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Athletica Physio in Gurugram. The Consulting Physiotherapist will conduct detailed patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation guidance. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating clinical notes, educating patients on injury prevention and self-management, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves maintaining treatment areas, adhering to safety and ethical standards, and participating in case discussions or clinical meetings. The physiotherapist is expected to contribute to a positive clinic environment and support continuous improvement of service quality.
Qualifications
Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with valid registration or license as required.
Strong skills in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and manual therapy techniques.
Proficiency in designing and progressing exercise-based rehabilitation programs and patient-specific treatment plans.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage caseloads efficiently, and follow clinic protocols.
Excellent communication and patient education skills, with a collaborative, empathetic, and professional approach.
Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapting to diverse patient needs and backgrounds.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping up-to-date with current physiotherapy evidence and best practices.
Prior experience in a clinical or sports-focused physiotherapy setting in Gurugram or similar urban context is an advantage.
