Role Purpose
To build a pipeline of young sales talent through the Kajaria Sales Leadership Program, with deployment in the respective target location and structured onboarding, plant exposure and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
Work towards assigned sales targets and business objectives for the allocated location.
Market & Customer Engagement
Support sales activities and customer/market engagement within the assigned territory.
Territory Execution
Develop understanding of the assigned market and execute sales activities in the target location.
Business Coordination & Reporting
Maintain required sales updates and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders.
Learning & Development
Complete the structured orientation, display exposure and plant training as part of the program.
Demonstrate learning and role readiness during the evaluation period.
Eligibility Criteria
0–3 years of work experience.
Candidate should be below 28 years of age.
Sales experience / background; candidates may be considered from any industry provided the experience is in Sales.
Base location should be the same as the target location.
Smart, presentable and fluent in the relevant local language; average English communication skills are acceptable.
