Role Description The Logistics Operations Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. This role involves managing transportation schedules, tracking shipments, updating order and inventory information, and resolving delivery issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The specialist will communicate regularly with suppliers, carriers, and customers to provide status updates and address inquiries. Additional responsibilities include supporting supply chain planning, maintaining documentation, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data review, problem-solving, and process improvement in logistics operations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with carriers, suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
Candidates should possess Transportation Management skills for routing, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills for inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and vendor collaboration.
Proficiency with logistics or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles is beneficial.
Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
