Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Officer role located in Bhubaneswar. The Admissions Officer will interact daily with prospective students and families, providing information about programs, admission criteria, and application processes. Responsibilities include handling inquiries through in-person meetings, phone, email, and messaging platforms, guiding applicants through documentation and form submission, and maintaining accurate records in admissions systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, supporting outreach and information sessions, and ensuring that each applicant receives timely, professional, and supportive service throughout the admissions cycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage effectively with students and families.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, for counseling and documentation.
Candidates should possess knowledge of International Admissions processes or exposure to global education pathways, where applicable.
Candidates should possess a background or interest in Education, such as experience in counseling, academic advising, or institutional admissions.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field are beneficial.
Ability to use basic computer applications and admissions-related software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student support services is an advantage.
