Born from the technology behind The Flex, we’re bringing property management, guest communications, bookings, cleaning, maintenance and finance into one platform—helping operators launch, run and scale their businesses on AI autopilot.
We’re looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to make complex operations feel simple, intuitive and beautifully designed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll shape how people experience Base360—from their first visit to our website to the workflows they use every day.
Working directly with the founders and engineers, you’ll turn real operational problems into clear, polished experiences. You’ll own the design process from understanding the problem and exploring solutions to prototyping, testing and supporting implementation.
Your core focus will be the product, alongside website and marketing design that brings its value to life.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the core platform: Create dashboards and workflows for reservations, guest messaging, property management, cleaning, maintenance and financial reporting.
- Make AI intuitive: Help users understand what AI agents are doing, configure automations and take control when needed.
- Understand our users: Speak with property managers and operational teams, observe their workflows and identify opportunities to remove friction.
- Own the full design process: Turn ideas into user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
- Build a consistent design system: Develop reusable components, interaction patterns and visual standards that scale with the product.
- Design for growth: Create landing pages, onboarding experiences and marketing assets that clearly communicate Base360’s value.
- Collaborate through delivery: Work closely with engineers, account for edge cases and review implemented designs for quality.
- Test and improve: Use feedback, usability testing and product data to refine what you ship.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong portfolio showing thoughtful UX decisions and polished UI design, ideally for SaaS platforms or complex digital products.
- Excellent Figma skills, including components, auto layout, design systems and interactive prototyping.
- The ability to simplify information-heavy screens and workflows with multiple steps.
- Strong visual judgement across typography, hierarchy, spacing, colour and responsive layouts.
- Experience taking designs from an initial problem through to implementation.
- Clear communication: you can explain your decisions, welcome feedback and work through trade-offs.
- An ownership mindset: you take initiative, move quickly and care about the details of the finished product.
- Confidence using AI tools to accelerate research, exploration and prototyping while applying your own judgement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing for property technology, hospitality or short-term rentals.
- Familiarity with AI agents, conversational interfaces or workflow automation.
- Experience with landing pages, conversion optimisation, brand design or motion.
- A working understanding of front-end development and accessibility.
