The recruiter is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing, screening candidates, and coordinating the interview process, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Job Responsibilities
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
• Propose recruiting strategies.
• Create and provide recruitment reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related careers.
• Excellent English communication, reading, and writing skills (100%).
Skills
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to discern.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Efficiency in proposing recruiting strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
