Position: AI Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60 - $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model capabilities.
Fix bugs, implement features, and refactor code for performance optimization.
Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification solutions.
Measure MCP tool use and software engineering ability accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable solutions.
Requirements
Proficiency in C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
Experience in debugging complex software issues.
Background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
Ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
