What you’ll do
You’ll work on Applied AI and AI-driven application development.
You’re expected to build and ship from Day 1. Basic-to-advanced development is expected—not something we’ll teach from scratch.
Along the way, you’ll rapidly develop skills in:
• System design
• Architecture
• TDD
• Scalable engineering
• AI application development
• Client-facing problem solving
The goal: Forward Deployed Engineer
You’ll eventually take a client’s half-formed requirement, figure out what they actually need, evaluate trade-offs, defend your technical decisions and ship the solution.
You may work with enterprises across India, GCC, Europe and the US.
Who we’re looking for
We don’t care about your college, college tier, CGPA or where you interned.
We care about how you think and what you build.
We’re looking for people who:
• Challenge decisions instead of blindly accepting them
• Can defend their technical reasoning
• Have a strong build history
• Learn extremely fast
• Take ownership without waiting for instructions
• Know how to use AI/LLMs to close knowledge gaps
• Have fluent written and spoken English
You won’t know everything. Nobody applying will.
We’d rather take someone with 20% of the toolkit and the hunger to reach 100% than someone comfortable with 50%.
This is NOT for you if…
• You need constant mentoring or handholding
• You wait for someone to explain everything before starting
• You’re uncomfortable challenging senior engineers or clients
• You’re looking for a slow-paced internship
• Compensation is your primary motivation
The learning curve is steep. The pace is real. That is intentional.
Who should apply?

• Students who have completed one internship and want something more substantial
• Recent graduates looking for an AI engineering opportunity
• Engineers with 1–2 years of experience who want significantly more ownership
You should be able to commit 8–10 hours a day for the next ~12 months, including structured upskilling and project work.

Compensation
There is no fixed compensation number.
Your compensation is based on your demonstrated skill and progression.
