PROJECT MANAGER – REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in residential and commercial real-estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities from land/site assessment through planning, execution and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate residential and commercial real-estate projects from inception to completion.
* Conduct and coordinate land/site surveys, site measurements, feasibility assessments and due diligence activities.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
* Review site conditions, drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and execution progress.
* Coordinate site development, civil works and construction activities.
* Identify project risks, delays and execution issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Coordinate approvals, documentation and statutory requirements with relevant consultants/agencies.
* Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project progress reports.
* Manage contractors and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.
* Work closely with management on project planning, costing, scheduling and execution strategy.
Candidate Profile:
* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
* 8–10 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial real-estate development/project management.
* Strong understanding of land surveys, site development, construction processes and project coordination.
* Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
* Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
* Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
* Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
