Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for inspecting products and processes, verifying that quality standards are met, and documenting results in an accurate and timely manner. The specialist will perform routine checks, support root-cause analysis for defects, and collaborate with production, operations, and management teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Daily tasks include maintaining quality records, supporting internal audits, monitoring compliance with relevant procedures and guidelines, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves communicating findings clearly, recommending process enhancements, and ensuring that quality requirements are consistently understood and followed across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Quality Control skills, including product inspection, testing, and documentation.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices to support process consistency and compliance.
Experience with Quality Management principles, including setting standards and monitoring performance.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and their practical application.
Ability to perform Quality Auditing activities, including internal checks and reporting of findings.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, or e-commerce-related environments.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with quality reporting tools.
Diploma or degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
