Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Finance Specialist will manage day-to-day financial activities, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include supporting accounting operations, monitoring cash flows, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, responding to management queries, and contributing to process improvements in finance and accounting. The Finance Specialist will also help prepare documentation for audits and support accurate, timely financial reporting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with the ability to manage core financial processes.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess expertise in working with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and variance analysis.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and present financial information clearly.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within trading, services, or related industries, is preferred.
