Role Description The Assistant Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nasik. The role involves supporting area sales activities, including meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting company services, and helping to close sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, maintaining client relationships, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. The Assistant Area Sales Manager will also assist in planning local sales strategies, participating in field visits, gathering market feedback, and contributing to initiatives that improve client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales support, client relationship management, and basic negotiations.
Ability to conduct market visits, collect customer feedback, and support local sales planning.
Strong communication skills for presenting services, handling client queries, and coordinating with internal teams.
Comfort with maintaining simple sales documentation, preparing reports, and using standard office software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in field sales or area sales support, ideally in services or allied sectors, is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to on-site, client-facing responsibilities.
Fluency in English and local languages relevant to the Nasik region is beneficial.
