On Site Supervisor

Role Description The On Site Supervisor is a full-time role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on project sites. This role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The On Site Supervisor monitors project progress, manages schedules, tracks materials, and reports site updates and issues to the design team. The role also includes conducting site inspections, enforcing safety protocols, resolving on-site challenges, and supporting timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, and basic building services; ability to interpret plans and ensure accurate execution on site.
Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and construction workflow management for residential or commercial projects.
Ability to monitor project timelines, manage daily work schedules, and track material usage while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, clients, contractors, and labor teams.
Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software); familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to be present on site for extended periods as required.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; relevant on-site experience in the Greater Hyderabad Area is a plus.
