Role Description The Assistant Manager role at addeatt is a full-time, on-site position based in Budaun. This role supports day-to-day operational management, including supervising team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that workflows run smoothly. The Assistant Manager helps implement company policies, coordinates schedules, and addresses operational issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include preparing basic reports, maintaining accurate records, assisting with customer or stakeholder inquiries, and collaborating with senior management on process improvements.
