Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is an on-site internship based in Indore. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, onboarding new team members, and maintaining employee records. They will help in drafting and updating HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits and basic personnel management tasks. The role also involves coordinating HR documentation, preparing reports, and collaborating with different teams to ensure a positive and compliant workplace. Qualifications
Foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and interest in building a career in HR.
Knowledge or coursework related to HR Management and Personnel Management.
Basic understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment.
