Role Description The Growth & Go-to-Market Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for The Scholarship Whizz. This role leads the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing programs, including market research, positioning, messaging, and launch tactics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing growth campaigns across digital channels, optimizing funnels from lead generation to conversion, and collaborating with product, content, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. The Manager will analyze performance data, run experiments, refine strategies, and report on key metrics to inform decision-making. This position also involves close work with leadership to identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and community initiatives that align with the mission of making education more affordable.
Qualifications
Proven experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market roles, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Strong skills in digital marketing, including paid and organic channels, funnel optimization, and performance analysis.
Ability to conduct market and competitor research and translate insights into clear positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, operations) to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
Comfort with data tools and metrics, such as analytics platforms, dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a remote environment.
Background in education, edtech, coaching, or community-driven products is a plus, as is experience working in early-stage or startup environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
