Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role in Shivpuri for PRTs, TGTs, and PGTs across all subjects. Educators will plan and deliver subject-specific lessons according to CBSE guidelines, prepare teaching materials, and maintain structured lesson plans and assessments. Responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students’ academic and personal development. Teachers will participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and collaborative planning sessions, while contributing to co-curricular activities and remedial support where needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to school policies, and engaging in ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications
Relevant academic qualifications for the level applied: Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed for PRT/TGT roles; Master’s degree with B.Ed or equivalent for PGT roles in the respective subject area.
Strong subject matter expertise and familiarity with CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and classroom teaching methodologies.
Effective communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills, with the ability to maintain an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
Proficiency in lesson planning, use of educational technology, and basic computer skills to support teaching, assessment, and reporting.
