About the Role
Enlightenment Investment is seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead commercial strategy, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. The CCO will work closely with executive leadership to identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s market position.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth initiatives
• Develop new markets, clients, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee business development and commercial operations
• Identify new revenue opportunities across financial and digital asset markets
• Lead senior commercial teams and establish performance objectives
• Strengthen client and institutional relationships
• Collaborate with investment, operations, marketing, compliance, and executive teams
• Support long term business growth and market expansion
Qualifications
• 25+ years of professional experience
• 20+ years of management or executive leadership experience
• Extensive experience in commercial strategy, business development, sales, or corporate growth
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision making skills
• Financial services, FinTech, investment management, cryptocurrency, or digital asset experience preferred
