We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who understands that every comment, review, reply and conversation can shape a brand’s reputation.
Your main role: ORM (Online Reputation Management)
* Monitor & manage online conversations
* Respond to comments, queries & reviews
* Track brand sentiment and reputation
* Handle ORM across social media platforms
* Stay updated with trends & audience conversations
You should also have:
* Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X
* Basic Canva skills
* Good communication & writing skills
* A creative mindset + eye for detail
