Position Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive – People & Culture who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR process implementation across assigned locations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work closely with employees and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source, screen, coordinate, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee ID creation, documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operations.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Drive employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with branch teams and business managers on manpower requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing new HR processes and improving employee experience.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
- Experience in the automotive, dealership, retail, or service industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches when required.
