Role Description The Manufacturer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves operating and monitoring paint production machinery, preparing raw materials according to established formulations, and ensuring batches meet defined quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures, recording production data, assisting with routine equipment maintenance, and reporting any operational issues or deviations. The Manufacturer will work closely with quality, safety, and warehouse teams to support continuous production flow, maintain a clean and organized work area, and comply with all workplace health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial production, preferably within paint or coatings industries.
Knowledge of basic production processes, handling of raw materials, and familiarity with standard operating procedures.
Understanding of workplace safety practices, use of personal protective equipment, and basic environmental compliance requirements.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, production schedules, and batch records with attention to detail.
Good physical stamina to perform standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks in a factory environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Minimum high school education or vocational training in manufacturing, chemical, or mechanical disciplines; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Willingness to work fixed shifts or rotating shifts as required by production demands.
