Role Description The Analyst role at Dundi Revathi is a full-time, on-site position based in Nidadavole. The Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal sources to support reporting, planning, and performance tracking. Responsibilities include preparing regular and ad hoc reports, identifying trends and variances, and presenting findings in a clear format for leadership and operational teams. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to understand their information needs, validating data accuracy, and suggesting improvements to data collection and reporting processes. The Analyst will also help develop simple dashboards or summaries to support decision-making and monitor key metrics.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret numerical and qualitative data.
Proficiency in basic data tools such as spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel or similar) and familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry, validation, and documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work on-site full time in Nidadavole, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience or coursework in data analysis, reporting, or operations support is an advantage.
Willingness to learn new tools and methods and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
