Role Description The Online Native English Teacher role at FAZN Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. In this role, the teacher will lead live interactive English lessons for students aged 12–18, following FAZN’s prepared lesson materials and curriculum. Daily responsibilities include guiding speaking and listening activities, encouraging student participation, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with Saudi teachers to support student progress. The teacher will monitor student performance, adapt instructional approaches to different proficiency levels, and maintain clear communication with the academic team. The role requires a consistent presence during scheduled class times and active contribution to a positive, engaging classroom environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing teens or secondary-level students.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills, including familiarity with structured curricula and learning objectives.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and academic staff.
Native-level proficiency in English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to explain concepts in accessible language.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.
Experience teaching in online or blended learning environments and the ability to use digital teaching tools effectively.
Strong classroom management, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered teaching approach.
