Commercial Real Estate Dealmaker / Landlord Rep Broker (Independent / Freelance)

Role Overview:
You will take ownership of the leasing pipeline, leveraging your network and marketing channels to attract tenants, negotiate aggressive lease structures, and close transactions. We are searching for a pure dealmaker.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively market vacant spaces and source qualified commercial tenants.
Structure, draft, and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and commercial lease agreements.
Act as our dedicated Landlord Representative in negotiations against tenant brokers

Deep familiarity with local market rental rates, TI (Tenant Improvement) standards, and demand drivers.
Mastery of commercial platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, or Crexi) is a strong plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset—you know how to hunt for deals, not just wait for incoming inquiries.
