World Pantry is seeking a **Web Developer** to join its Engineering Team. This new position will focus on creating, customizing, and maintaining the design, functionality, and UI/UX of multiple Shopify-based websites and webstore properties. The role will also support A/B testing, website optimization, technical troubleshooting, and the adoption of emerging web technologies and trends.
The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and other teams to build high-quality e-commerce experiences that meet customer and business objectives.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, customize, and maintain **Shopify-based e-commerce websites**.
* Optimize website performance and user experience to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
* Collaborate with team members to evaluate technical trade-offs and deliver features that meet or exceed requirements.
* Design and improve web application functionality while maintaining existing websites and webstore properties.
* Write high-quality, modular, and reusable code.
* Create and modify website content and imagery required for developing and maintaining web properties.
* Implement and modify **A/B tests** to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
* Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and display issues.
* Assist with technical support issues and resolve technical problems associated with webstore operations.

## Required Qualifications

* Proficiency in:

## Education

## Compensation
