Chromer Metal Paslanmaz Çelik Servis Merkezi is supporting an early-stage company with which it has a business relationship in recruiting an experienced Vice President of Finance.
This executive will join the core leadership team and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, capital planning, and risk management while helping build the company’s financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop financial strategy and budgeting plans
Lead forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance management
Establish financial reporting and internal controls
Support capital planning and financial analysis
Build and lead the finance organization
Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making
Qualifications
15+ years of finance, accounting, or corporate finance experience
VP of Finance or comparable senior leadership experience
Strong experience in budgeting, capital planning, and financial infrastructure
Excellent financial analysis, risk management, and decision-making skills
Fintech, digital assets, or technology experience preferred
