Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP FICO Lead Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The consultant will lead SAP FICO implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, translating financial requirements into SAP solutions, managing CO-PA configurations, and ensuring integration with other SAP modules. The role involves collaborating with finance and business stakeholders, preparing documentation, conducting user training, and providing post-go-live support. The consultant will also guide junior team members, contribute to continuous process improvement, and help maintain system stability and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
Strong SAP FICO expertise, including configuration, integration, and support.
Hands-on experience with CO-PA and related controlling functionalities.
Solid understanding of Finance processes and Business Process mapping within SAP.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, diagnose issues, and optimize solutions.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience as a lead or senior consultant on end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, integration with other SAP modules, and knowledge of best practices in financial controls and reporting is an advantage.
