Product Designer - AI SaaS
Engagement: Fixed-scope freelance project
Budget: $1,500
Location: Remote
Bosmos is building an AI-native software platform focused on helping teams work more intelligently and efficiently.
We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong UI/UX execution to help refine our V1 product into a polished, intuitive, premium experience.
Scope
You’ll help design and refine:
Core application navigation and structure
Key user workflows
Dashboard experiences
Team/workspace management
AI-assisted interaction patterns
Communication-related views
Session/activity views
Reusable product components
Lightweight design system
Select landing page improvements
Deliverables
High-fidelity Figma designs
Reusable component library
Core product states and interaction patterns
Organized developer-ready handoff
Consistent visual language across the product
We are not looking to design every edge case or future feature. The goal is to establish the core product experience and design system our engineering team can build from.
Ideal Candidate
Strong experience designing:
B2B SaaS products
AI or workflow software
Dashboards
Data-rich interfaces
Complex user flows
Bonus points for being ex-fortune 100 or frontier AI
You should be able to simplify complicated products, think beyond individual screens, and explain the reasoning behind your design decisions.
This is an initial $1,500 fixed-fee project, with potential for continued work if the fit is strong.
