Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Distribution role based in Hosur. The role involves managing online orders, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely processing, packing, and dispatch of products. The team member will update order status in relevant systems, track shipments, and address basic customer or partner queries related to online distribution. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory levels related to online sales, and supporting process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy. The individual will collaborate with supervisors to implement standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies and performance targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear coordination and documentation.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to track orders, interpret data, and support process improvements.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn new systems quickly and assist in knowledge sharing within the team.
Basic understanding of online sales platforms, distribution processes, or e-commerce operations is beneficial.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and order management tools, along with attention to detail and time management, is preferred.
A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Hosur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
