Operations Head – Bangalore

The Mayflower is expanding in Bangalore, and we are looking for a sharp, high-ownership Operations Head to lead our restaurant operations in the city.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks like an owner, moves fast, solves problems independently, and can build strong teams and systems.
You will work closely with the founders and take responsibility for operational performance across our Bangalore locations.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day restaurant operations across Bangalore
Drive sales, profitability and store-level P&L performance
Build, train and lead restaurant teams
Ensure consistency in food quality, service and guest experience
Implement and improve SOPs and operating systems
Monitor food cost, manpower cost, wastage and operational efficiencies
Lead new outlet openings and stabilisation
Coordinate with franchise partners, vendors and internal teams
Drive local marketing, corporate tie-ups and neighbourhood initiatives
Track customer feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues
Identify operational gaps and take ownership of fixing them
Build a strong culture of accountability and execution
Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:
Has a strong ownership mindset
Is comfortable taking decisions independently
Understands restaurant operations and unit economics
Can manage both people and numbers
Is highly organised and strong with follow-ups
Is proactive rather than reactive
Has strong communication and leadership skills
Enjoys being on the floor and close to the customer
Prior experience in restaurants, QSR, cafés, hospitality, retail or multi-unit operations is preferred.
More than pedigree, we value intelligence, energy, integrity and the ability to get things done.
Experience
Preferred: 5–10 years in restaurant, hospitality, QSR, retail or multi-unit operations.
