Role Description The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural concepts and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and retail projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design proposals, coordinating with interior designers and consultants, producing construction documents, and ensuring designs align with project requirements, regulations, and budget. The role involves regular site visits in Vadodara to review progress, address design queries, and collaborate with contractors to maintain design intent and quality. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, support project planning, and assist in managing timelines and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed drawings.
Experience with Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, such as BIM tools and design software coordination.
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking project milestones.
Comfort with design and documentation tools (e.g., CAD, , Sketch Up, or similar), and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification, with licensure or registration as applicable.
Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, communicate clearly with clients and contractors, and adapt to project needs.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an interest in context-driven, functional, and timeless design.
