Role Description The Nursing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Baby Joy Fertility & IVF Centre (P) Ltd. in West Delhi. This role oversees the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care across fertility treatments, critical care support, and related procedures. Responsibilities include planning and supervising nursing schedules, monitoring adherence to clinical protocols, and coordinating with IVF doctors, embryologists, and counselors to deliver safe and compassionate care. The Nursing Manager will manage patient flow, maintain accurate medical and nursing documentation, and ensure infection control and safety standards are met. The role also involves training and mentoring nursing staff, supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives, and communicating effectively with patients and families throughout their treatment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Nursing Management and leadership skills to supervise teams and coordinate clinical operations.
Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Nursing and Patient Care practices, with a focus on compassionate, individualized support.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine relevant to fertility and reproductive health settings.
Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, with valid registration from the appropriate nursing council.
Experience in IVF, fertility, obstetrics/gynecology, or maternal health settings is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in clinical documentation, adherence to international protocols, and commitment to patient safety and quality standards.
