Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Assistant CRM to support customer relationship management, handle client queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Staffing
Strong client handling and relationship management skills
Good understanding of IT technical roles and skillsets
Experience coordinating with clients and recruitment teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements and client accounts
Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
